While full-service agents are responsible for completing the paperwork, obtaining legal documentation and restrictions, coordinating with the lender(s), title company(s), attorney(s), inspector(s), doing research, marketing, showing, and more. We understand that many home sellers feel they can market and show their own home and are willing to pay an agent who brings a buyer.

The purpose of the Multiple Listing Service is to help agents find a property for their buyers. Because there is no Multiple Listing Service for FSBOs most agents have trouble finding FSBOs efficiently for their buyers; and because contacting each seller to see if they will pay a commission is tedious, most agents simply do not have the time to contact FSBOs.

To help solve these problems, we offer a service to FSBOs to advertise your property on the MLS. This streamlines the marketing process by syndicating the property to virtually every real estate website all at once (including Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Redfin, Homes.com, Movoto, Hotpads, and more). It also enables agents to bring you a buyer because the property will be marketed with all other listings, and the agent does not need to inquire about commission from each seller as the seller defines the commission offered prior to listing on the MLS.
